12.27pm - chicken breast, grilled veggies and saffron rice, at the Hollywood Society of Radio and Television Luncheon at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, with many, many industry colleagues

12.28pm - a lemon-moussy type of dessert cake, at above named luncheon

7.30pm - and back to a modest dinner at home: mache with turkey bacon, and a grilled pita sandwich w/ mozzarella and bruschetta. Doesn't work so well on the grill, but I'm trying to use up leftovers before Ritesh comes home...

Eating well and eating fast - it seems you took ONE minute to demolish that chicken and rice at the luncheon - but with a dessert looking as good as that I don't blame you.
not quite - they served both at the same time as people were sitting down, and since I got to our table first, I rose to the occasion by sneaking pictures while no one was looking...mind you, this was one rubbery chicken, so easily dispensed with....
