8.32am - fig-ginger oatmeal w/ fresh apples and walnuts, at home

11.30am - Annie Cheung's Kung Pao noodles, at work. That's part of our parking structure in the background, with rows and rows of brand new solar panels on the top level

2pm - salad from Mrs. Winston's, outside work

4.30pm - chocolate-cherry bumble bar, in the lunchroom, at work

4.40pm - an organic fuji, in the lunchroom, watching the sunset over the Pacific, at work

8.15pm - Ritesh made chutney sandwiches AND a lebanese lentil soup for dinner!!

and I started on some Christmas baking...

10.30pm - sampling some of our fresh almond/marzipan cookies (didn't get to the chocolate dipping yet), while watching an Academy Award preview screener of Revolutionary Road
