7.10am - omega-3 bar, after bootcamp by the beach, with Ritesh.
11.05am - "Eggs Marcella" (w/ penne, prosciutto, sundried tomatoes, spinach, parmeggiano), fresh fruit salad and a fresh veggie juice from Coral Tree Cafe, outside work, with Ramin.

4.40pm - ice cream w/ M&M's, gummi bears, nuts, maraschino cherries and chocolate sauce, at work. This was an official Ice Cream Social in the Board Room with the CEO, President etc, but I snuck a picture anyway - if only with my cell phone camera.
7.20pm - shrimp fajitas, tortilla chips, salsa and a margarita, shared with Ritesh (not the margarita!) at El Cholo, with Elvira and Cynthia, discussing the relative merits of qualitative research and Hugo Chavez.
8.04pm - the last slice of Elvira's and Cynthia's quesadilla, with avocado, sour cream and mole sauce.

Comparing the merits of qualitative research with the merits of Hugo Chavez would be tricky - but I'm sure the margarita helped!

well, we weren't comparing as much as discussing sequentially the two topics most dear to Elvira's heart, with Ritesh playing the devil's statistician's pro-Colombian advocate and yours truly trying to defuse.
