12.37pm - my Asian-style tuna salad (w/ pears, wasabi mayo, nama shoyu, and a bit of sesame oil and white pepper) on some German whole grain bread, at home, with Ritesh5.34pm - a fuji on the drive to Diamond Bar
5.45pm - a new and very good healthy chocolate-nut bar, still on the drive to Diamond Bar
7.11pm - Phinney's delicious coconut prawns, with grilled fresh pineapple and two kinds of mango chutney for dipping, at Greg's parents' house in Diamond Bar, with Ritesh, Greg, Phinney and Juan, watching the LA Galaxy lose 4:0 to the Colorado Rapids. Ah, it was painful. But congrats on your team, Laura!
8.44pm - Ritesh's fresh grilled buffalo burger, with Phinney's rosemary potatoes and a grilled portobello mushroom
8.50pm - Ritesh's grilled corn w/ lime, salt and red chili. Ritesh claims it's Indian, Juan claims it's Mexican. Either way, it's great - but so spicy we were in urgent need of some cold dairy
8.58pm - and voila - some homemade cookies 'n creme ice cream. Can't wait until we get our own ice cream maker! (Monday, hopefully...)

8.46am - Ritesh's turkey-bacon tomato omelette, olive bread, fresh pear and mate, at home1.02pm - salad from Mrs. Winston's, outside work
2.48pm - a fuji, at one of the animator's stations, at work
4.58pm - a cranberry-apple fiber cake from Zen bakery, at work
6.17pm - a blackberry-mint mojito-style margarita, chips and salsa, at Kay'n Dave's Mexican Cantina, with Ritesh
7.01pm - a grande coconut margarita, which was so not good, I sent it back...
7.09pm - ... and got another one of these lovely blackberry-mint margaritas instead. At Kay'n Dave's, with Ritesh, and now Greg and Phinney
7.15pm - a messy but tasty combo plate I shared with Ritesh: a carnitas taco for him, chicken mole enchilada for me, salmon-spinach enchilada, grilled veggies and mixed beans for both of us. All healthy and lard-free. We looked up lard on wikipedia after we got home, though, and it's really not that bad for you after all...
7.47pm - banana flautas for dessert, at Kay'n Dave's, with Ritesh, Greg and Phinney

8.54am - sprouted grain cereal w/ hemp milk, banana, sesame seeds 1.37pm - veggie buffet at the Hare Krishna Temple (fresh veggie juice, tofu veggie stir fry, lentil daal, mixed salad plate w/ their great sweet basil and tahini dressings, and apple halva). Love this place!
8.10pm - splurged so much at lunch, this is all I could handle for dinner:

7.46pm - what was left of the lemon chicken and shish kebab combo plate when I remembered to take a picture ... at California Pita, with Ritesh
8.05pm - we were still hungry after sharing the combo plate, so we got an extra shish kebab sandwich

11.54am - Ritesh's Easter brunch: chicken seitan fajitas w/ brown rice and avocado, Chinese mustard greens with thin slices of tofu from Dai Ho, jasmine tea, at home
12.50pm - hot chocolate w/ whipped cream and walnuts, at home, with Ritesh. And yes, we'd never seen the movie, and it was Easter.
4.48pm - paleta de fresa (Mexican strawberry ice cream stick) at Ladera Park, with Ritesh
7.30pm - a good slice of olive bread w/ butter - yum!
7.56pm - a chicken taco Ritesh brought home from a taco place on Santa Monica
