Tue, Jan 29, 2008 (Sick Day At Home)

8.56am - oatmeal w/ a fresh fresh mango-pear-kiwi sauce, at home1.25pm - my favorite pro-biotic, on the couch, at home
3.05pm - Ritesh's cure-all tomato-garlic soup, toast, at home.
5.15pm - nothing like some good fresh coconut water, at home
5.25pm - this is a very young Thai coconut, but still - it takes a number of whacks with a seriously hard tool to crack it open. This is what got us noise complaints from a disgruntled neighbor last year.
6.37pm - leftover fried rice, tofu, bok choy and Ritesh's famous chutney sandwiches. That green stuff oozing out? No, it's not pesto. It's Indian chutney (fresh cilantro, green chilies, garlic, lime, olive oil, salt, pepper). At home.
