7.40am - oat bran flax seed waffles w/ fresh berries and whipped cream (low-fat, mind you), at home
7.52am - fresh ginger tea w/ lemon, maple syrup and cayenne pepper, at home
Boot camp just about killed me yesterday. Got bronchitis and stayed home today, mostly sleeping. Did have about four more of these ginger teas during the day, and that's about it.
