7.50am - juice of a giant pomelo and of one of the oranges from Nadya's garden - this is one of the last ones, but boy did we make them last! I hope you're proud of us, Nads! And it's about time you came home! 7.57am - peanut butter and rhubarb jelly sandwich, at home.
10.06am - grapes in the car on the way to work.
12.33pm - Indian-style salmon, spinach and salad at the UCLA Medical School Cafeteria, with Ritesh. Tuesday is Indian salmon day, and I made it over there to join Ritesh two weeks in a row, yay!
4.08pm - more gifts from the London office. Interesting choice...
7.58pm - turkey wrap at the reception after Elyn Sak's presentation on her latest book, The Center Cannot Hold, at the UCLA Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior, with Lissy and Elvira. We had all read the manuscript last year and were happy to see it's been so well received. It's quite the story...
