7.42am - porridge oats boiled in strawberry-banana soy milk, w/ strawberries, walnuts, black sesame seeds, at home11.27am - a lemon Ferrero and a blood-orange yogurt Ritter Sport, at work
1.08pm - the tartine a l'italienne - country bread w/ aoli, grilled aubergine, prosciutto, mozzarella and artichoke hearts, plus some creamy potatoes and salad, at Cafe Laurent, with Nady. Lovely French food that reconciled me even more with being back.
8.45pm - Ritesh upgraded a turkey sandwich from Subway with a whole avocado and some extra spices, at home.
