Sun, June 8 - an evening surprise! Phinney made a bunch of the Korean scallion pancakes we love so much, and Greg came by on his way to a soccer game and dropped some off for us! They had little goodies in them, too, tiny little shrimp, pieces of octopus etc. Ritesh made a fabulous dipping sauce combining, if I recall, Nama Shoyu, Ponzu, Mirin, sesame oil, fish sauce and chili paste, and then we went to work demolishing these. Thanks so much, Phinney! What a treat!
