8.57am - Ritesh's mushroom and turkey bacon omelette, olive bread toast w/ butter, fresh pear, at home12.31pm - rice cakes, at work

1.19pm - truly awful frozen yogurt from Penguin's - the bright orange yogurt is supposed to be passion-fruit - entirely artificial, just as it looked, and tasted horrible. Even the supposedly fresh blueberries tasted like they'd been cryonically frozen. Ended up tossing the whole thing. Serves me right for being too lazy to walk across the street to Big Chill (this is on the corner of Olympic and Westwood, for the locals amongst you)

15.03pm - this is the turkey sandwich I picked up at Subway's, which is right next to Penguin's, which is why the frozen yogurt debacle happened.... This is later, though, at work.
