5.57am - back on track and on the way to boot camp before sunrise (hooray!) with some omega-3 protein bar for fuel, and with Ritesh

7.58am - chutney sandwich for breakfast after boot camp, at home, with Ritesh

9.42am - Sohail brought an assortment of Persian sweets to work, to celebrate the Persian New Year - thanks, Sohail!

2.11pm - still celebrating the Persian New Year with a kuku sabzi sandwich at Attari

2.37pm - and a tasty bean soup that I think is called "ghosh" (?) - everybody around me was eating one, so I ordered one, too

2.44pm - and some Persian tea and more Persian sweets, still at Attari

7.52pm - Ritesh's pasta w/ mushrooms, dandelion and peccorino (so much more delicious than last nights pricey pasta at La Campagnola), at home

7.52pm - and my humble grilled Italian asparagus, very tasty though, at home, with Ritesh
