I think this is such a cool idea. I believe that remembering what you eat is such an important thing. During the Christmas holiday I was diagnosed with a heart problem so now i'm being forced to eat better. And as a senior undergrad, it is proving to be a little tougher than I orginally thought. It's not so tough on a meal by meal basis, but I totally agree, you let yourself go for one meal and say to yourself, "oh, I've been good and been eating healthy so it's ok if I eat this one thing of junk food" but then you forget you ate it and it's the next day and you eat something else bad. So I think it's such a cool idea that you're keeping a photo journal of what you eat! I might try it myself!
